Good afternoon,
Have the booking forms for the lamb feast been sent out yet? As the lady who used to receive them has now moved house.

King regards the lions club of ivybridge.

According to the Imperial War Museum's War Memorials Archive, there is a Stone of Remembrance in Plympton in memory of nurses who served in Burma. It was set up in 1997 by the Burma Star Association. However the IWM website does not have the esact location. Do you know where it is?

Please have you any details of Underwood, Plympton. My great aunt is listed as a visitor at Underwood in the 1911 census and her uncle, George Dawe, is described as Master of the Workhouse.

Webmaster reply: Hello Lenore,
Answered you by email, but it has bounced. This is really a genealogy question, so why not try freecen.
Webmaster.

Hi,
I attended your History Week, and brought with me the sword, which I trust you found of interest, together with some of our Club's literature for your information. I found your celebration of your local History of great interest and there were a number of welcoming and informative people we met on the day. I hope our two Clubs can build on that to mutual benefit.
Are you ready for us to do some detecting in your area, particularly Sally's very interesting garden for starters?

Nigel
